Bill Cross, principal Partner of Cross Homes and Associates, only knows how to build homes one way…the best way possible. He builds each home as if it were his own. Our Philosophy

Cross uses the concept of “borrowing” where one room will actually use the space from an adjoining room to help keep everything open and the overall flow smooth.

Located off Pitman Hill Road in St. Charles County, Austin Ridge home sites are carefully placed on the bluffs that overlook the Missouri River. The rolling countryside home sites average between on half and one acre with lots of beautifully wooded common ground throughout leaving plenty of space between you and your neighbors.
