There are several floor plan options that range from 2,850 to 4,700 square feet on up. The Bayhill II is a three-bedroom, 3 ½ bath home with 11-foot ceilings that accent the main floor, with a foyer that welcomes guests as they make their way to the great room with a fireplace and a wall of windows that allow tons of natural light to brighten the space. Of special interest is the kitchen/breakfast room area, where the angled rooms naturally flow from one room to another.

The Muirfield is a story-and-a-half that offers four bedrooms and 3 ½ baths and has plenty of “wow”.
